SMALL ENGINE MECHANIC / DIESEL MECHANIC (Full-Time)
The Role
The role will see you working at our Canning Vale premises, working on a wide range of equipment from outdoor power equipment, compaction equipment, ride on mowers and utility vehicles. You will play a key role supporting our customers with their service and repair requirements.
Role Requirements:
- Diagnose, overhaul, repair, tune, maintain and test small engines (Petrol and Diesel)
- Detect and repair electrical faults (battery powered equipment)
- Carry out mechanical repairs on a petrol and diesel-powered equipment.
- Carry scheduled servicing as to manufacturers requirements.
Successful candidate:
- Trade qualified small engine mechanic and/or Diesel mechanic.
- Experience working on Stihl, Honda, John Deere or Wacker Neuson, Kioti preferred but not essential.
- Have good time management skills.
- Follow companies OH&S and SOP procedures.
- Hold a Current C Class licence.
- Hold a current forklift licence (preferred but not essential).
- Be physically fit and willing to work hard within a team environment.
- Undergo a pre-employment medical assessment and Drug and Alcohol test.
- Have good computer skills.
